The Grommet Mat is the ideal solution for the automated insertion of single-core sealing grommets onto cables with a defined diameter. This makes the cable assembly process faster, more precise, and significantly more efficient.
The sealing grommet is automatically removed from the magazine and reliably transferred to the cable – ensuring consistently high quality and repeatability.
Short cycle times are achieved thanks to magazine loading or automatic feeding via a feed bowl. Manual triggering via a push button allows for maximum application flexibility. As a compact, stand-alone system with dimensions of 360 × 180 × 920 mm, the Grommet Mat can be easily integrated into existing production environments.
